I am away at U12 Nationals in Montreal and just had a great first day. Arthur won his first 2 matches over players from Alberta and BC. Mentally strong performances in both. Let’s go team Atlantic! Jacob also snagged a hard fought win against team Ontario.

@DanielSpearsy @hfxtraffic @Seebo429 @katynotie Zipper works in theory, not really in practice. Driving school teaches to shift early when it is safest to do so. If traffic is not heavy, shifting early can maintain full highway or zone speed. Zipper will cause you to slow down as your lane literally ends right in front of you.

@Mellyfax I must say that for the items I purchase, primarily junk, I have always found sobeys has routinely better prices. I also like their meat selection much more. One thing, when you do multi buy at superstore it’s 2 for 7 or 4 each, sobeys will be 2 for 7 or 3.50 each, almost always.
