@virginmedia It recovered itself during the night and early hours, fine all day and then 7pm tonight, it went down again. The status site just keeps saying ‘The WiFi Hub isn’t connected properly’ and won’t let me do anything further. It’s all plugged in, just loosing connection!
@virginmedia are there any known issues in the NE40 area? Both me and a neighbour further up the street been having issues since 11am. Tried 3 times to ring, hung up on each time after the automated services tells me just to restart the router.
@virginmedia any updates on 5x issues in the North East? When speaking to hub5x team they confirm a network issue, but your status site shows no issues. Clearly there is.
@JustEatUK KFC order placed, marked as delivered in app, no food in sight. @KFC_UKI say not our problem, no way to speak to anyone at Just Eat. Absolutely pointless.
@gonortheast what’s happened to the 17:27 10 from Metro Centre to Hexham? Tracking on the app, must be 50 people here waiting for it and it’s a no show. Previous bus a no show too.
@gonortheast any ideas where the 07:44 10 from Crawcrook Main Street to Newcastle has vanished too? Not on short notice journey cancellations, not tracking on app and nothing on Twitter.

@megabusuk Any further updates? It’s been an hour and still no sign. Apparently the replacement bus hasn’t even made it to the previous stop yet? The tracking on your website is useless, still shows everything as being on time there.
@Honeywell_Home any updates on when you’ll have the service restored? No updates on your status website since the very early hours when you first acknowledged that there was a problem. Not great communication.

@virginmedia how do I actually speak to someone regarding loss of internet. Hub is dead, status checker doesn’t work, ring up and spend 5 minuets on the phone for it to eventually say sorry the office is closed, whilst prior to that I was in the queue.
