Frankly disgraceful that elected MSPs are so uneducated about Scotland's own languages that they trot out these tired old unevidenced canards in the chamber.

Well done Alasdair Allan MSP for correcting them all - but once again the labour of educating is placed on the shoulders of speakers, when those making these bogus claims should be fact-checking themselves.
