@sammylee_0 I tend to not suggest my fav (VIII), I think the Junction system would be too big of a leap. I think 7 and 9 are good starting points. 10 has voice acting which makes it good for modern gamers, but I think it's more linear structure isn't a good representation of most FF games.

@Genki_JPN @PhillyBeatzU They obviously won't have created the whole of midgar and so only parts of it will likely be enterable, so how would you parachute into it. Is he saying you can only parachute into the outskirts or Is he refering to the story bit where you parachute into a predetermined bit?

@Genki_JPN I assume the highwind has to land somewhere so you can get back on it. Maybe that's how they will force you to use the Chocobo to get Knights of the Round since you wouldn't be able to get back on the highwind if you parachute onto the island since there is nowhere to land.
