Having just completed the @phemcc crew course, I can highly recommend it to anyone starting a career in PHEM. It’s a steep learning curve and training through high fidelity simmulation including trauma, transfer & multi-agency major incident exercises is a great way to prepare.

Day 8 of the PHEM Crew Course we have been using our new air simbulance to demonstrate the practicalities of aeromedical transfer. We have also simulated ambulance transfers with the help of the North East Ambulance Service. Amazing work by Paul Burnage and Steve Miles.
