#SpeysideDistillery Trilogia Palate: thick sweet arrival, berries to the fore: the blackberries, strawberries & blueberries from the nose alongside a lovely cherry note. There's honey, toffee and drying apricot before the subtle smoke arrives with the spice: cinnamon and pepper.
