@Habibakatsha A feel like it means heat damage or they live in a city with very little humidity so they don’t even know what reversion is. I had a stylist tell me my hair was “heat trained” once but I went to Georgia the next day and that label was gone quickly 😂

It’s easy to develop dislike or hatred based on our experiences bc it’s pattern recognition, but it’s ultimately an unhealthy position. That was probably the therapist’s point.
