@Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal sir this is ridiculous. I paid full 1 year payment in advance out of the trust I had on Airtel. Airtel was not able to provide me the service promised. Now Airtel not paying money back on time also. 44 days & counting. Is this what Airtel promises to customers?

@Airtel_Presence So from Jan 16 to Feb 28 I count 44 days. As per you, Rani, I should get my money back vy tomorrow. But your people are saying it will take another 45 days starting today. Can you explain to me the logic here?

@Airtel_Presence Thank you for the standard response and not doing anything. I have raised a request for cancellation. Now @airtelindia says it needs a whopping 45 days to refund the money. I have no idea how customer can be kept waiting for 45 days and not even ready to pay interest.
