@callclaimn I reached out to customer service earlier and got nowhere … @Lowes and @SchulerCabinets are unreliable … no communication and no customer service. Cabinets should take 5 months to get straight 😡😡😡

@Lowes just spent 40 mins on a call with Customer Service ( probably a scam) and that was a bigger nightmare than dealing with the store. 😡😡😡😡

@Lowes It seems to me that the Gainsville VA store should have already sought out corporates help but apparently they have not because I am still waiting on a replacement that has been ordered 3 times. It was supposed to come today yet no one has bothered to let me know if it is 😡

@Lowes is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with … I will never order anything again. Started a cabinet replacement back in September and thanks to @Lowes Gainsville VA we are still waiting on a cabinet to be delivered Customer satisfaction 0%
