@HeathrowExpress I did the form because it was a digital order but it won't submit. I accidently ordered a heathrow-paddington ticket and I was aiming to go the other way (paddington to Heathrow) the ticket didn't let me through so I bought a new one so wanted to refund this one

@thetrainline Got a cab to Tulse Hill but scanned in come home..my outbound ticket didn't work because the line was down. My inbound ticket let me in at Tulse Hill to get home but I didn't use it on the way out

Train to Tulse Hill cancelled .9:17 from farringdon, with the train after 9:47 also cancelled. Unable to get refund on app. Could not get ot my destination so did not travel. I am entitled to a refund but your site makes it incredibly difficult

@thetrainline Yes scanned in and the. Went to the platform and the train 9:17 was cancelled so I came back up, waiting for the 9:47, went back to the platform and it was also cancelled so couldn't get to Tulse Hill

@Carpetright what a joke. Booked in for a measure up of our house for a carpet, waited in all morning but no show! Called up to ask where the fitter was and was told they had been and gone. My ring camera clearly shows no one arrived. No missed calls. Nothing.
