Every Thursday.

I meal prep on Wednesday nights because I'm saving for a house.

So when I opened the fridge on Thursday and found an empty container again, something in me snapped.

I decided to stop asking.

Trước đây em cũng thuộc kiểu lười vận động, nghĩ đến tập là đã thấy mệt rồi 😂

Nhưng sau này mới nhận ra muốn vóc dáng ổn hơn thì chẳng có cách nào khác ngoài việc tự kỷ luật với bản thân.
Ban đầu tập cũng khó lắm, nhiều hôm chỉ muốn nghỉ, nhưng cứ cố duy trì từng chút một. Lâu dần thành thói quen, cơ thể cũng quen hơn, nhìn lại mới thấy kỷ luật và rèn luyện thật sự có kết quả

Nên giờ ai hỏi bí quyết thì em chỉ biết nói: bớt lười một chút, chịu khó tập một chút, rồi thời gian sẽ trả lời ❤️
