Bought a bottle of wine from @Morrisons it was corked (gone off) they refused to replace a faulty product! Such bad customer service and bad attitude from the manager who couldn’t even be arsed to come out his office

@Morrisons bought a bottle of wine, it was corked (gone off wine, faulty) manager refused to exchange a faulty product even though we had the receipt! Bad customer service from such a large company. Won’t be going back!
