So disappointed by recent ear syringe @Specsavers according to a hospital consultant it wasn’t done properly and I’ve wasted £55. Really not good enough #specsavers and no apology!

Anyone thinking of having ears syringed at Specsavers, think again as I was told by consultant at hospital that my ears had not been syringed properly 2wks previous, so after paying £55 they need doing again, on complaining to Specsavers they have chosen to ignore me.
