@British_Airways well I cannot recommend BA highly enough. For sad reasons we had to move our holiday and the customer service has been the best ever. They have offered kind, personalised customer care and gone above and beyond to help us. Amazing BA, thank you.

I just want to express my gratitude to the staff on Rowan Ward in NGH. We lost my Mum while in there but the care she received was amazing. The Nurses were so kind, caring and compassionate not only to my lovely Mum but to me and my family too 💖#wearenhft #rowanward #care
