I built a booking platform for Sky Castle, a unisex beauty and self expression studio in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sky Castle is owned by my girl and i’ve seen first hand how messy managing appointments can get.

Her DMs were always full of:

“are you available saturday?”
“can I move my appointment?”
“can I do my hair and nails together?”
“is the nail tech available?”

Sometimes appointments clash, a customer changes their time or she has to check with different people before confirming one booking.

She’s constantly replying to messages, confirming appointments, sending reminders and following up with customers.

She even has a social media manager handling the page, which is another expense on top of everything else.

So i built a booking platform for Sky Castle on @Lovable

This lets customers build an entire session in one booking

They can combine services, see actual availability across different specialists, choose a time that works for everyone and pay their deposit.

Deposits, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling are handled through the booking flow too without the owner having to manually manage every conversation herself.

The goal was simple:

less time managing appointments, more time running the business.
