I submit this complaint seeking strict departmental and legal action against RPF officials involved in misconduct on 23 February 2026.
On 23.02.2026 at approximately 3:40 AM, I boarded the Loharu–Tilak Bridge passenger train. The general coach gate was

And misbehaved by your staff by threatening to through out the train
I will send you legal notice other wise issue my refund and take some action against that staff

Railway station loharu behave very rude with passangers
Many time i found no one at enquiry and at ticket counter
All passengers takes ticket from private person from ticket vending machine
