@PLDT_Cares Today marks the 3rd week that we don’t have an internet. And soon we will be billed for your poor service. We reported this last July 17 but your incompetent call center agents did not create a record. Reported last Jul24,wala pa ring pumunta. Nakakapikon na kayo!
