Iranian hacker collective Handala claim FBI drone breach
——
Iranian hacking collective Handala claims to have breached the FBI's drone network and issued threats against the 2026 World Cup, according to a report by the US-based SITE Intelligence Group on Friday.
The hackers alleged they have maintained months-long access to facial recognition and license plate data captured by FBI first-person view (FPV) drones, which are currently being deployed around US stadiums to enforce a strict no-fly zone during the tournament. The group warned organizers to tighten security, hinting at potential disruption to specific national teams.
Handala, which previously claimed to have hacked FBI Director Kash Patel's email in March, remains a primary target for Washington, with the US State Department offering a $10 million reward for information on its members.

Israel halts Vatican-led convoy bound for Christian villages in south Lebanon
——
An aid convoy organized by the Vatican’s envoy to Lebanon and bound for Christian villages in southern Lebanon was stopped by Israeli forces and forced to take an alternative route, a participant in the convoy told AFP on Friday.
“While approaching the village of Debl on Thursday, we got face-to-face with several Israeli tanks,” a convoy member, speaking anonymously, told AFP, saying the convoy was halted by the troops.
“There were several tank and machine gun shots towards rear positions that we could not identify ... which caused panic,” he added.
The source said it was unclear “whether they wanted to intimidate us or they were targeting Hezbollah positions.”
The convoy, led by Apostolic Nuncio Paolo Borgia, consisted of 25 trucks and several vehicles carrying residents seeking to return to their villages.
Its route had been coordinated with UN peacekeepers through an international committee.
After being delayed for more than an hour, the convoy eventually reached its destination via a longer route after a 12-hour journey, the convoy member said.
A FIFA World Cup host country must guarantee two fundamental principles: the safety of the country — and the unrestricted entry of all qualified teams, officials and referees. The case of referee Omar Artan from Somalia is against one of these obligations. FIFA must never compromise the universality of football. #Fifa #Somalia #GianniInfantino #CAF #OmarAtan #DonaldTrump
Israel’s genocide has been funded by many people who bought Israeli bonds underwritten by major global banks. Barclays and BNP have stopped that: good.
Now waiting for @GoldmanSachs, @BankofAmerica, @Citi, @DeutscheBank and @jpmorgan to do the same.

US senator pushes legislation for permanent US-Israeli intelligence integration
——
US Senator Tom Cotton has pushed forward an aggressive new measure aimed at locking Washington into a permanent, unbreakable espionage alliance with Israel. Tucked inside the Senate Intelligence Committee's Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027, Section 622 directly alters the National Security Act of 1947 to strip the White House of its traditional authority to alter ties with a foreign state.
The legislation explicitly mandates that intelligence sharing with the Israeli government shall not be suspended, reduced, or materially limited by the executive branch. The proposal effectively binds the CIA and other US espionage organs to Israel's military apparatus by creating a rigid legal barrier against any reduction in information flow.
Under the new framework, the White House is prohibited from cutting off intelligence support even if Israeli forces commit gross human rights violations or flagrant breaches of international law. To bypass existing restrictions, the text entirely avoids mentioning human rights, war crimes, or local accountability, ensuring that US surveillance products continue to fuel Israeli operations without domestic oversight.
The legislative push comes alongside parallel measures in the House designed to mandatorily align US strategic planning, artificial intelligence, and weapons development with the Israeli military establishment.

⭕️ Israel has issued a seizure order for privately owned Palestinian land in Jenin to build a military base, according to +972 Magazine, marking what researchers say is the first such move in Area A since the Oslo Accords (1995) established the territory as an area under full Palestinian civil and security control.
The land is located in Al-Jabariyat, overlooking Jenin refugee camp, where Israeli forces have displaced tens of thousands of Palestinians during their ongoing operation in the northern West Bank.
Residents say the order threatens one of the few assets many families have left after their homes in the camp were destroyed. Rights groups warn the move is part of a broader effort to expand Israeli military and settlement control around Jenin.
