Hey @GoogleStore, so I ordered a Pixel 5A from you like a month ago. First, @FedEx rerouted it to the other side of the US for no reason. When it finally arrived (14 days late!), the phone was not in the box. Presumably stolen in transit. (1/2)

FedEx told me to file a claim through Google. I sent Google all the photos and details they required. They declined it. Support was absolutely zero help. Great customer experience! And based on a Google search, I was hardly the first one with a Pixel stolen in transit! (2/2)
