"Rotating" is one of the biggest psyops.
It requires you to not only nail market direction, but also nail the timing of relative strength/weakness between strongly correlated assets.
Most "rotations" are traders buying weak stuff because they missed the strong stuff.
Generally, strong stuff stays strong and by the time it's weak, the entire market is screwed and the only "rotation" should be USD to your bank account.
As with anything, there are exceptions and at times there are truly banger pair trades available.
But if you're a newer trader in strong positions, your first thought shouldn't be "How do I get rid of these and buy something weaker?"

The argument for Bitcoin relates to the eventual destruction of fiat currency units (e.g., $USD)
This chart on right plots price of Bitcoin $BTC in relationship to total U.S. money stock (M1). This ratio remains below the Dec 2017 high. Interesting to note similarities in chart structure to $DJIA during period of Great Stagflation of 1970s.
Some of you will deny existence of continuation inverted H&S - so I will discuss it here. Schabacker (1934) and Edwards and Magee (1948) acknowledge this pattern by name. If the ID is good enough for them, then it is good enough for me.
Easy to get trapped in optimisation because it is the opposite of risk & action.
Easy to do get lost in perfection, because it is the opposite of accepting outcome.
Easy to research endlessly, because to conclude may expose you as wrong.
'I will do x when'
'In 2 years I plan to'
'I need to prepare more'
The mind is tricky in how it protects itself.
Keep watch. Let go.
