@IvanVandeCloot In België is "noodtoestand" expliciet verboden via art 187: "De Grondwet kan niet geheel of gedeeltelijk geschorst worden."
Omwille van corona stoorden politici zich daar niet aan, Peter De Roover trok naar Grondwettelijk Hof, dat nadien (2022-2023) alles gewoon liet passeren.
