Friend's wife works in a #Tokyo restaurant that doesn't follow any state of emergency rules & serves booze late. 3 workers tested positive, but owner won't notify gov't and continues biz as usual. Some staff have quit. This is just 1 anonymous eatery. How many are doing the same?
