@OregonHomer @dwightjaynes I haven't lived in Portland for a while, but I'm there frequently. I don't feel unsafe, just a ton of petty crime/drug use I see. I know multiple people who got windows smashed out in the last couple of years. Nothing valuable stolen, either.

@emmitonair Most Portland fans could rattle off 50+ pretty easy. I mean, I personally met Brian Grant, Jermaine O'Neal, Kevin Duckworth, Steve Johnson, Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey and Freddy Jones. I also played in an alumni game against Darnell Valentine, Dale Schluter and other guys.

@skywaker9 @GoDucksnet It's ridiculous. The people in Oregon who want Republicans vote them in with no issues. Eastern/Southern Oregon has lots of state representation. The bulk of Oregon residents live in the valley and support Dems. That's how shit goes down. Voting in person won't change that.

@aghease @SamQuinnCBS I was thinking this, too. Especially the Yankees. They have 10x more fans than the Knicks, even if the Mets have a good fan base. I guess the point is a Knicks title might unite NY people, since locals generally see them as the "only" NBA team there.

@ToreyJonesYT A similar thing happened in 2003 when Patterson replaced Whitsitt as President. A big chunk of the front office was let go. One of my friends was fired after working her ass off for seven years. No evaluation, no warning, just all of you clean out your cubicles/offices.

@blazerbanter I was at Spirit Mountain when the Blazers played the Spurs on Prime and they had the game on. If "shared spaces" want business, they adapt. I think it loses a lot more home viewers, though. Many coworkers don't have Prime and complain.
