Not long term care, especially not when every stage of that "long term care" comes with bonus money so long as they do exactly what they're told.

Not sure about the world class hospital in your city but here, ours is nicknamed the local dog and cat shelter.

This is not a vaccine. Vaccines eradicate a disease completely.

This is a flu shot, used to be one every year. Like 2019-20 flu, hit world wide pandemic status and 10.4% death rate.
