The AA attendant at the baggage counter joked that you should never check your bags with AA. Must be bad when the employees are not even pretending anymore. @SouthwestAir ftw

Update- turns out they just reprinted our vouchers from yesterday, so they’re all invalid. Which means the one I just gave the taxi driver wasn’t valid either. So @AmericanAir is just cool with screwing everyone I guess.

2nd day stuck in PHX because of canceled flights on @AmericanAir. The hotel voucher they gave us won’t work because it’s dated incorrectly. So we’re in a hotel lobby on hold for 1 hour with AMERICAN AIR. Same For meal vouchers.
