@TheCourierGuy_
Can you guys please add the scannable locker QR onto the Sticker Waybills so Us as Sellers as well as your Courier Agents can easily scan the stickers when they retrieve the items.

I've spoken to the drivers, regular deliveries work great, but pudos aren't easy.

@PSAcard can you just clear up what exactly we pay an upcharge for your services?

Would it not be either better to offer lowered insurance for the card or just only add the insurance cost to the submission? We end up paying for the entire service when all we get is insurance.

@PostofficeSa Thank you

[Jared Osborn @JaredOzzy]

@PostofficeSa I have a repair and return package on its way back, but the post office wants me to pay R20000 customs which is incorrect, i've done this many times, i don't understand how or what makes this possible.

Who can i contact to rectify this? and How can this be sorted.

@sarstax I have a repair and return package that is arriving back and UNFORTUNATELY it went through the SAPO, I have all the documents needed to show its a repair and return, somehow i am being asked to pay R20,000 to receive my package from SAPO?

Who can i contact to rectify?

@Discovery_SA Please look into adding Mouth guards to your medical Aid plans, ive got the classic smart plan which was recommended to me since I play sports, as an adult you don't need more than one mouth guard every 3 years or so and is only +-R950 to get one pressed by dentist.

Hi @CNA_Africa , I placed an order online and paid, I have not received confirmation email of the order from CNA, nor can I see the order in my orders on my account.
