Increasingly important is how we personally interact with the model. Gpt 5.2, Gemini 3, sonnet and opus, are all incredibly capable. Success will be increasingly shaped by personal style and communication with a particular model for rubber-meets-road results.

If you're not getting the results from agentic software development, you're likely messing up one of the following:

Recently internalized lesson. Pick a destination and go there all out. Presumptive concerns of whether or not people are happy with you will fade away and those that think it's a valuable destination will join. The rest are on a different journey and that's ok.
