@jerryteixeira I started BJJ at 55, 7 years ago. I train 4-5 days per week and teach 4 or 6 classes each week. The protocol for rest is more so energy expenditure on the mats, not in time for recovery. That's my experience. Going hard with a 20 something white belt is a no-go for me.
