I’m all for changing my opinion of offered new/correct information, but if you make stuff up your trustworthiness goes down. “- so tomorrow you’ll be driving a fossil fueled power car, and have produced more CO2 than if you’d purchased a diesel car” is straight up wrong. A Coal fired power plant is much more efficient at generating power than your diesel engine. So electric cars charged from power plants are still massively better.

The thing is that you can’t just fix things by throwing money at it. Just look at the indigenous in Australia, government spending vs results. The way you fix things is by working really hard for a long time and making smart decisions this also needs
To be backed by money.

If you genuinely had a proper costed solution to homelessness for veterans (think you’ll soon figure out that homelessness is a symptom not the causation) or to feed all children that would work, I think you would have 0 work cut out for you getting it funded by people like bezos and musk.

But the hard work is in the solution not the money.
