@TonyDaDome You are correct. And the first couple of replies stating The Message, Walk This Way & I Need Love are also correct right behind Rapper’s Delight. Their impact is still heard in practically every single Hip-Hop and Rap song til this day.
@Elicio010318 I think Coogler’s film aesthetics and the fact that he’s from the Bay would work extremely well directing a Pac movie. I might give the Big’s move to Fuqua.
@TonyDaDome I forgot where it was but Rick was doing a interview somewhere outside in NYC and Esco & Fat Joe hoped out of the car & ran up to him like they were kids still in awe of him. The reverence they showed him was beautiful to watch.
@GraceRandolph I think it kinda played out how all the oddsmakers said it would wit the exception of late MBJ & Amy surge. Coogler will be back here in the future to claim a picture and director win. Ryan & Mike still leave with Oscars in their hands so everyone is a winner.
@TonyDaDome This is one of those albums that only get talked about online but never offline…never in real Hip-Hop convos. The buzz was bigger than the project they delivered. Otis, No Church & N*** In Paris are the highlights.
