I CANT EVEN MAKE MY CHARACTER BEFORE IT KICKS ME BACK TO MY HOMESCREEN. I have checked my internet settings already. It’s not from my end. I need your help please.

The game just freezes up completely. I have a Xbox one x, I have reset my router and modem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled RDR2. It freezes in the character creation every time. My other games work fine online. My gamertag is PirateX75.
