My foster puppy has found a home,
an incredible home with kids, dogs & trail runners,
A life on the mountains awaits her.
I gave this unwanted puppy so much love.
I sit quietly letting the emptiness seep into every cell & crevasse of the selfish self until the sadness in motion turns to Bright.
A harmony of heart & action.
I open my eyes,
What's next?
What amazing adventure, person or animal?
I rise,
open hearted
Ready to give it all again.

The dance of the world rips me from my breath.

The pause between in and out.

The world awoken.

Laughing at my shadow seeking the sun.

Moonlight slides in the window,
entwined with the breeze.
Calling into the room,
yearning to meet who is inside.

Beckoned, I step out of the house and into my home.
The moons welcome smile.
The lovers breeze on my face.
The wind in the high trees crawls in through my ears.
The intimate evening star slips in through my eyes,
yearning to meet who is inside.

In through my lungs they come to see;
The scent of the moon.
The breath of the star.
The glance of the wind.

Swirling inside, I breath out I Am and inhale myself.
The smiling moon mind bursting with life.

Universe awoke this morning in blissful delight.

A little bird singing in our mind.

Tai chi in icy wind and warm winter sun.

Polar cap fingers,

equatorial heart.

Awake,
Sitting into the long winter night.
Crisp moonlight fills the outer room,
Brilliant light the inner room.
Bliss and laughter come to visit.
How long they stay is up to them.

Perfectly still in winters embrace.
Mind bright,
unformed in the vastness.
Unburdened by the needs of the world.
