मैं सभी सामान्य वर्ग के भाइयों से विनम्र अपील करता हूँ—आइए, हम मिलकर एक ऐसी व्यवस्था की मांग करें जिसमें स्कूलों में किसी भी बच्चे के नाम के साथ माता-पिता का जातिसूचक उपनाम (Surname) अनिवार्य रूप से न जोड़ा जाए।
बच्चे की पहचान उसकी योग्यता, मेहनत और संस्कार से हो, जाति से नहीं। यदि आज से ऐसी पहल शुरू होती है, तो आने वाले 15 वर्षों में हमारी नई पीढ़ी में ��ातिवाद की सोच काफी हद तक स्वतः कमजोर हो सकती है।

✅ The Supreme Court of India overturned a High Court decision, declaring Tiger Global’s Flipkart share sale taxable in India. The Court upheld the Authority for Advance Rulings' determination that the Mauritius-based structure was a "prima facie" arrangement for tax avoidance. Crucially, the 2016 DTAA Protocol shifted capital gains taxation to a source-based system for transfers after April 1, 2017. This judgment reinforces India’s tax sovereignty and the General Anti-Avoidance Rule to prevent treaty abuse.

Reality? This isn’t BJP’s or Nitish’s money. It’s taxpayers’ sweat and blood. The same taxpayers crushed under GST, cess, fuel loot, tolls, and endless taxes.

If you take a flight from India to Dubai/Sharjah, at least 30-40% flight would comprise of low-end workers from India.

These folks work mostly in construction, waste management, restaurants etc.

These are hard working folks, who leave their families behind -- not to live a luxurious life. But, to make a living. And, make ends meet.

Why do they do that?
Because they have no options back home.

Our population is massive.
People need jobs.

Unnecessary power posturing: and ruining relations with US, all our neighbours, Canada (and now looks like Middle East), are killing opportunities at scale.

It is sad that people have become brainless & outright stupid. All their stupidity does is: let politicians with big egos benefit their crony friends. And, kill all remaining opportunities for normal hardworking people.

A child’s life will always hold more value than a dog’s, that is not cruelty, that is common sense. When a gang of stray dogs attacks children, it’s not an “isolated incident,” it’s a public safety crisis. No parent should have to think twice before letting their kids walk to school or play outside. A street should be a place of freedom and safety, not fear. Wanting a stray-free street is not about hating animals, it’s about protecting human lives first. True animal lovers must also respect this balance, caring for dogs cannot come at the cost of human safety. We need humane but firm action: strict stray control, sterilisation, sheltering, and enforcement of rules so children are not put at risk. Compassion must be for all, but priority must be for the most vulnerable, and in our society, that’s our children. Safety is not negotiable.

Sad to see so many new roads, yet to be inaugurated roads, even recently built expressways, flyovers and bridges cracking and breaking across India. At what level, who are all involved is a question which needs probed by media and courts. What is clear is there is huge amount of corruption in building infrastructure especially during recent years.

I've said this many times, ofcourse with pain in heart. India can never become a developed country. Our best chance, provided we eliminate corruption or atleast keep it within limits, is to become a middle income country in next two decades.

We are not able to keep a single road clean. We are not able to build a single road which can withstand monsoon. Love India because it is our motherland. But it is futile to believe we would become a developed nation.

I see how data is manipulated and no media questions it. It is claimed our inequality is among the least in the world. The reality is 1% of Indians own 40% of wealth and bottom 50% almost nothing. Recently the government claimed our inequality is least comparing India's consumption with other countries income. It is comparison between apples and oranges.

On the basis of consumption, our gini coefficient is only 25.5 which is grossly misleading. As I mentioned, this is being compared with other countries gini coefficient on income.

The Gini index for income gave India a rank of 176 out of 216 countries in 2019.

It was ranked 115 in 2009; so inequality has only increased on this front. India’s Gini index for wealth equality is 75, which is worse – the Gini ranking is from 0 to 100, and the higher a country’s score, the worse it is in ranking.

It is becoming difficult to believe official data without detailed analysis and cross verification.

An update coming in from Government of India:

"India has decided that any future act of terror will be considered an Act of War against India and will be responded accordingly."

Pakistan would have never dreamt their act of terror in Pahalgam would lead to so much destruction to their country.

The message is loud and clear from India. Terrorists are part of Pakistani establishment. Any act of terror from them on India and Indians would lead to disproportionate damages and destruction to Pakistan.

Government deserves full credit for how it is handling this conflict.

ये मनमोहन सिंह के आर्थिक उदारीकरण की ही ताकत थी कि पहले गांव में सिर्फ सरकारी नौकरी की तरफ ताकने वाला युवा, NIIT, Aptech से कंप्यूटर का कोर्स कर अमेरिका चला गया। आज भले ही सब अपने आप को बहुत ज्यादा काबिल समझते हों पर सच्चाई यहीं थी कि अवसर इतने थे कि सब एडजस्ट हो गए। जहां पहले गांव में साल में किसी एकाद लड़के की नौकरी लग पाती थी वहीं साल 2000 के शुरुआती दौर में हर दूसरे घर में 50000 महीना कमाने वाला कोई नोएडा, हैदराबाद, बैंगलोर या पुणे में था।
ये मनमोहन सिंह के ही उदारीकरण का नतीजा था की बिहार से आए मेरे जैसे एक सिंपल ग्रेजुएट के लिए दिल्ली में एक नए क्षेत्र में तमाम अवसर मौजूद थे। मिडिल क्लास को मनमोहन सिंह का शुक्रगुजार होना चाहिए, जिन्होंने नए अवसर और नई दुनिया से हमारा राफ्ता कराया।
सपना हर कोई देखता है लेकिन सप���ा कैसे पूरा करना है ये मनमोहन सिंह ने दिखाया।
