🔥 Delighted to accept a Chief’s Certificate of Recognition for my work developing the @nottsfire CRISIS Team. We have 24 awesome Facilitators across the service providing effective support following #stress and #trauma.

Uniquely, our CRISIS Team provides services for both operational and non-operational staff, by augmenting the natural integration of painful experiences in a directive, and yet #personcentred approach that doesn’t require analysis, interpretation, or judgment of any kind.

Our team has literally saved lives - you don’t get more impactful than that. We don’t just refer on the basis of a tick box exercise - we provide direct interventions that help people when they actually need it.

I’m keen to bring CRISIS to more Fire Services, if you’d like to learn more about the training, and how we’ve developed our team, let me know.

CRISIS Facilitators speak the same language, because they’ve been there.
