@currys @KENWOOD_elec_jp @currys still waiting for a response that isn’t automated. Still not sure if it safe to use our new cooker. Have been told Thursday for an engineer. I have taken a survey sent by @currys though, although not sure they were happy with my response. Quality electrical standards 🤔

@currys well this doesn’t bode well. After having a new @KENWOOD_elec_jp cooker delivered damaged and unable to be installed. Our 2nd installation came today. 5 days with no cooker the installation team came today and left leaving this. Disconnected a perfectly good breaker 1/2

@currys @KENWOOD_elec_jp just been cut off twice from customer service still not sure when we are having someone back to make safe the wiring. Having taken 2 days off from work and not sure if we can use the cooker safely I hope that this isn’t the future for @currys
