We just had some huge rainfalls and flooding here in AZ. The HOA at a house we have sent out the following email to everyone.

"It has been brought to our attention that there are children and young adults who are swimming and playing in the water filled retention areas of the community.   This is not allowed and is very dangerous.

Please do not swim or play in the retention areas that are full of water.   The retention basins have chemicals that is put on the landscape for weeds and they may be dangerous.

Also, the basins are not for swimming, they are to protect the community for water overflow from storms"

I feel like they should have just said "It has been brought to our attention that there were a bunch of people having fun and we can't have any of that around here"

If you are ever thinking of getting a house with an HOA, just remember there are people sitting around them with nothing better to do than write stupid emails like that.

@B_doong2daddy If I remember when you add the favorite you can change the name while adding it but once it’s there you can’t change it so you have to delete and re-add. I have added locations and names them so it parks where I want, etc
