Elon Musk just exposed the most expensive physics failure in transportation history.
For a hundred years, nobody caught it.
Every diesel semi that crosses a mountain pays twice. Fuel to climb. Brakes to survive the descent.
At the summit, 80,000 pounds of freight holds enormous gravitational potential energy.
Free energy. Sitting right there.
Musk: “In a diesel truck, you actually don’t capture the energy of height or potential energy.”
Musk: “You have to actually spend a lot of money on expensive brakes going down the other side so you don’t run out of control.”
Diesel’s solution for a century? Destroy every watt of it as waste heat and burn through brake pads every few months.
Nobody questioned it. Not the engineers. Not the operators. Not Wall Street.
Because combustion made the loss invisible. You cannot turn momentum back into liquid fuel. So the entire industry mistook the limits of their engine for the limits of physics.
The Tesla Semi broke that assumption wide open.
Musk: “An electric semi truck is able to recapture the gravitational potential energy and in fact puts the energy back in the pack.”
Every descent charges the battery. The mountain stops being a toll.
It becomes a power plant.
Analysts keep running cost-per-mile models. Kilowatts versus gallons. Sticker versus payload.
Wrong equation entirely.
You don’t outcompete a machine that turns the terrain itself into fuel.
The trucking industry never had a fuel problem.
It had a hundred-year physics problem dressed up as the cost of doing business.
One man solved it. The rest are still buying brake pads.
Optimus V3’s hand is getting scary good.
Hands are one of robotics’ nastiest little problems. Gripping is easy.
Knowing how hard to squeeze an egg, turn a tiny screw, fold fabric, or pick up something fragile without launching it across the room?
Different game.
Tesla engineers say V3 is approaching human-level dexterity:
“It won’t even look like a robot. It will look like a human in a superhero suit.”
Gen-3 Optimus is going to make people stare twice.

There is a reason the defense didn’t want that zoomed in UVU footage seen by the public.
The evidence against Tyler Robinson is overwhelming!
This week has been one of the most emotional and exhausting of my life.
PRAY FOR ERIKA KIRK AND CHARLIE’S FAMILY!🙏🏻
Did you know Elon Musk once bought Gene Wilder’s house because it was about to be torn down?
He described it as being filled with hidden tunnels, strange corridors, handmade cabinets, and doors that lead nowhere.
After seeing it, you’ll understand why he wanted to save it.
The path to launch is filled with obstacles and success is only possible through the tireless efforts of many working together towards a common goal. “Critical Path” continues the ongoing Starship series, following SpaceX engineers through the final days before launch of the first Starship V3 and the challenges that come with development of the world’s most powerful and fully reusable rocket.
Just witnessed something at the Charlie Kirk assassination pre-trial in Utah that has NOT been made public yet and you need to hear about it...
Erika Kirk asked for us to be here today. We sat inside the small courthouse in Provo with the family. The Judge told the media to turn off all cameras and allowed the full ENHANCED footage of the murder to play. Every movement of Tyler Robinson that day captured in full quality HD. Zoomed in. Some footage in 4K. Tracking all his movements.
You can see crystal clear Tyler Robinson’s face, the license plate number on his vehicle, details on his clothing and his actions on the rooftop — and you can time every horrifying detail to the minute Charlie Kirk was murdered.
What the public couldn’t see was the emotion in the courtroom. Charlie’s family sobbing uncontrollably, Erika in Mrs. Kirk's seniors arms. Charlie's father comforting them.
Just feet away sat a pale, lifeless emaciated Tyler Robinson who stared at the floor with no remorse as he listened to the weeping.
Robinson has never once looked at Erika this entire trial. The entire courthouse gasped when the video was over.
Eventually this footage will be released. It was really tough to relive that day in such gruesome detail.
This case is overwhelming. Please pray for a speedy trial. And to all the tormenters of the Kirk family, you can go to Hell where you belong.
We pray for Justice for Charlie 🕊️
4-year-old child murdered by her parents before being dissolved with chemicals and poured into a lake.
During an emotional press conference, Aiken County Sheriff Marty Sawyer shared details of what he called the most horrific thing he has seen in his 37-year career.
Javeayah Harris is believed to have been deceased for a month before her parents reported her missing.
Michilae Herring, 22, and Johnmarea Harris, 23, are facing charges of homicide by child abuse, and destruction, and desecration of human remains.
They are accused of taking her life before using "corrosive chemicals" to "accelerate the destruction of her little body."
Absolutely horrific. This is why the death penalty exists.
🚨 BOMBSHELL IN COURT: Surveillance video just dropped showing Tyler Robinson pulling the trigger on Charlie Kirk.
Game over.
Tyler Robinson is TOAST and Candace Owens was wrong about EVERYTHING.
@Kali_Yuga_Yogi The idiots are the bottom of society. At least a homeless person has a reason for being on the sidewalk. The losers just want views and attention. Pathetic
🚨 JUST IN: SecWar Pete Hegseth could now SUE Marxist influencer Hasan Piker after he called Hegseth a "r*pist" on a livestream
SCOTT JENNINGS: "Time to sue." 💯
BANKRUPT HIM!
PIKER: "One of their r*pist hosts is now the Secretary of War. Pete Hegseth...was such a prolific r*pist that his own mother sent him an email begging him to stop r*ping...that guy is now the Secretary of War."
Absolutely vile. SUE HIM INTO OBLIVION! @PeteHegseth
An hour before his event at UVU, Charlie Kirk sat down for an interview which would become his final recorded conversation
The final question: “What is a quote that you live by?”
Charlie’s answer: “This too shall pass — If you’re going through the worst of times, this too shall pass”
“Romans 8:28 — God works all things for good for those who love Him.. when things can be really bad, God is working it for His good”
Charlie had no idea this would be his final day on earth. His words, wisdom, and legacy will live on 🙏🏼
NEW: Donald Trump Jr. says the case against Tyler Robinson is "very cut and dry" after attending the preliminary hearing.
"I understand a lot of people why they'd be skeptical about anything that they've been told."
"The stuff I saw, the videos I saw, the evidence I saw, that's not stuff that's been in the public domain."
"In court, we saw the facts laid out very eloquently. It took a long period of time to get it out there, but once you see it, you put the picture together. Let's just say this is, to me, again, [there is] way beyond a reasonable doubt."
Ashok Elluswamy, Tesla’s VP of AI, confirms the team is actively working on letting you prompt FSD with natural language.
That’s gonna be so epic. "Pull into the driveway and park behind the white car.”
So many possibilities.
