Great game in Munster final. Cork doing really well. Just a slight worry that they’ve gone man on man in that first half, not sure that’s sustainable - they may have planned to go man on man with the wind. Keith Evans is getting joy when he can isolate his man 1 on 1.

Derry levels above Monaghan in that first half. Strangling Monaghan on the Monaghan KO. Kicking the ball into FF a lot more than they have previously. Can mix it up with the running game from the half back line and Doherty. Have missed plenty too which will annoy them.

Mikey Mulryan is going to be a big prospect for Galway in the future. Has the cut of Comer about him, strong, wins his own ball and looks to take his man on. Clever with his movement too, has dragged the full back out a few times and it creates space inside.

Callinan with another brilliant performance today, so vital to Mayo throughout this league. Flynn keep up his good run of form, some big turnovers. Great to see McHale look comfortable and kicking 1-03. Pity about Loftus, started strongly and was vital around the break 1st half

Meath are impressive. They’ve game changers in every line. Caulfield and Keoghan are some platform to build attacks from. Freyne and Kinsella are so good at controlling the tempo of a game. Jordan Morris brilliant to watch, wants to take his man every time and Brennan allows it.

Shooting and the ball dropping into the keepers hands is an absolute killer. Cavan done it twice, conceded a goal and a two pointer. Lovely goal from Louth, but it comes from the ball dropping short, not set up and open to the counter attack.
