And if you need to...extend the walk break (3 to 5 mins). My personal preference (and max) is 3 mins. It gives you a chance to "reset" your pacing and helps you stay strong towards the end of the run.

@KaganOnline My go to is "Inside Outside Circle / Quiz-Quiz Trade" combo. I rotate the two circles (one clockwise the other clockwise), after 10 seconds the students stop, and do a quiz-quiz trade with each other. #CooperativeLearning #WishIWasAtSummerAcademy #MaybeNextYear ;)
