@drewdyck Once told two girls I'd roller skate with each of them because there were two "moonlight skates." Except on this occasion, there was ONE moonlight skate. Unimpressed with my strategy (and generosity amiright), I skated with neither. Prayers up that your son is much wiser here.

A subtle and dangerous lie that pervades the church in the midst of suffering is that it can be alleviated by “more faith" and Scripture.
Jesus had perfect faith yet was a “man of sorrows” and experienced unimaginable suffering.
