We think working too much leads to burnout. This is scientifically incorrect. If it was true, Einstein, Jobs, @elonmusk et al would’ve burned out a long time ago.
Burnout doesn’t come from working a lot.
Burn out comes from working a lot wherein the work has no meaningfulness.
As the blessed month descends on us, be aware of those who will try to cause discord among people. Stay away from both actions and words that may cause regret in this month of Mercy. Get involved in only that which is good and beneficial. Stay away from conflict and drama.
If you’re lying in bed scrolling through social media and all the news about the #Coronavirus is making you anxious, put the phone down, get out of bed🚀 and focus on what you can control— eat a healthy breakfast, limit travel, exercise and stay positive.

Something which has disturbed me a little is just how much emphasis we've been putting on the physical precautions and "science" to get us out of this crisis.
Of course the science, the evidence, the practical side of life, is ALL our Deen. To the T. No doubt about it.

Don't rejoice over the misfortune of others. Remember, the Almighty is the fairest of judges. Let Him repay or punish others for whatever they’ve done. He’s All-Seeing, All-Knowing. We shouldn't find joy in anybody’s sorrow. Surely we wouldn’t like it if we were in their shoes!
If you want to criticize others, do so constructively. It’s easy to just shoot from the hip and say anything that comes to mind. By doing so, you’re dragging the person down. But it takes a mature soul to actually want to correct someone; to see him become a better person.
Keep reminding yourself that you can’t control people’s thoughts and actions. You don’t have to engage every critic, rebutt every point, win every argument or prove them wrong. Let them say what they will. Channel your energy towards more productive things. Don’t lose focus!
Some people love to make fun of others & humiliate them in public. They lack social manners & some are plain downright rude. They are perhaps unaware that no one has the right to humiliate or hurt another. Besides, the one humiliated may be closer to the Almighty. Be mindful.
The problem with some is they get so fixated with what they want that they overlook what they have. Be careful. This is how ingratitude sets in. It starts small and it grows to the point that you pursue what you want relentlessly at the expense of those around you. Be mindful!
Sad is he who thinks he has done many good deeds only to find out on Judgement Day that he has lost them all through backbiting, gossiping, slandering and showing up the faults of others. Stay away from these evil acts. Mind your own turf and you will reap the rewards!
You do not have to accept being treated badly. I promise that you deserve MORE. If someone will walk away if you speak up about how they’re treating you, there’s no place for them in your life.
Contentment is the greatest remedy for stress. People under stress will pay enormous amounts of money to alleviate their pain, whether through drugs or therapy. Yet, a believer who’s content with the Almighty's Decree finds a greater relief, without spending even a cent!
