@GlobeEyeNews The likelihood that this treatment exists and is effective is vanishingly small. Cancer is complicated and there is no one single cause. Here is a decent ref https://t.co/dvqQtVafAJ
@GlobeEyeNews Here is the announcement from tass https://t.co/olLILtRQAN it is reportedly an mRNA vaccine, the same technology used for most of the successful covid vaccines, prompting your cells to produce a particular protein. It reportedly "suppresses tumor development and Metastasis"
@GlobeEyeNews I am not an oncologist but I have worked with expert oncologists and proteomics for many years. I have never heard anybody even come close to claiming a single treatment, let alone a vaccine that can stop all types of cancer tumour.
@TMFScottP@TMFScottP and behold! positive action on a number of areas including online safety for children. These guys just busted a gut to get a ton of legislation through both houses of parliament. What exactly do you think real positive action would look like? more hand waving?
@TheSydney2000 @AlboMP@PeterDutton_MP @TheSydney2000 I'm a parent and I support the legislation. Social media can be dangerous for young people and this change gives parents time to prepare kids to navigate these dangers when they are mentally and emotionally more equipped to do so
@PoliBard@AlboMP@PoliBard the ESafety commissioner is doing her job. The federal government is not after other people's children. Both houses of parliament and both sides of politics have agreed to give parents an additional tool to keep their kids safe online.
@SaraVic333@AlboMP@SaraVic333 Albo is not the parent of your children, he is an elected representative and a public servant. He is *a* parent. Australia is not destroyed. You can express your opinions through our democratic processes because you are a citizen of a free and moderate nation.
@QBCCIntegrity@AlboMP@QBCCIntegrity Albo is not your daddy, he just has the bottle to draw a line that makes it easier to keep children safe online. The bill was not a trojan horse, it was debated and discussed by our/your elected representatives in two houses of the strongest democracy in the world
@chrisprimod@AlboMP Power to you @chrisprimod you obviously have it figured out. What is the most important thing for keeping kids safe online, is it restricted access? Education or just values? For me, I tried to instill a deep sense of scepticism for online content.
