@FlySWISS 4 days later I have no answer to any of my mails... I would appreciate some update of this case by mail, so that I can also understand what is the reason for this delay. I was about to receive the money back (everything seemed to be ready some weeks back) and suddenly got stuck
@FlySWISS I've been waiting for two months for a train ticket refund. I have an open ticket with the customer feedback service that has not been treated for two weeks already, with no answer. The consultant on charge stopped answering to my emails. Could you please help?
