He hasn't received his parcel and neither has anyone from customer service giving any reply.
Causing him a lot of stress, inconvenience and crucial exam preparation. Can you please help?
I lost hope and came to you with a big hope.

@Geopost_news I am totally disappointed and hurt by your company. Very shameful and pathetic customer service.
My son sent his parcels, university stuff, all his books, exams material and other useful stuff home to study for his exams. For medical students every day is important

@LycamobileUK pathetic customer service. Utterly disappointed. My wife has no signals for last 10 days, it showing emergency only call. calling everyday ,getting new incident reporting number with promise, but still no solution. Can someone help ???
