Start with tightening up your borders so people can't take bulk funds outside Lebanon. Small depositors will not build your economy

@SaadR_Biz @riachi_jean Easy! You secure the borders, plain & simple. You pass a bill that lawfully allows people to only carry 10K when travelling (maybe less in the beginning phases). Set programs to allow people to buy locally, and encourage people to invest locally in real estate, other local assets

He has over 15 billion of the depositors savings abroad. That's considering he didn't spend most of it on his luxury lifestyle.

@iPhilBanks @thomasjuneau HizbAllah is no longer supported by funding capability like it used to be. They don't have the technology either. You're right, Israel isn't as powerful as the ground per se - however they have a lot more support behind them, and intelligence who are already in Lebanon.

@LalithaVelvet By law - if he is tried in Lebanon, all charges are dropped overseas, including Interpol. He's living in a 5 diamond hotel as we speak - not really someone who got arrested, and it doesn't seem like a legitimate conviction. Once again, he will win by corruption, as always!

@Mouniryouniss @CMPaso Mounir, it will be impossible to license new Banks, while restructuring old banks! The county's majority of depositors are in the old banks! It's just not feasible in a corrupt system like Lebanon. A bail-in is required, and even with that, there is no trust whatsoever.

@executivemag Fact of the matter is - it was 89,600LL when Salemeh was still holding his seat. They could do better today, but choose to plateau. Several economists have made excellent recommendations to economic reform for Lebanon, but let's be honest, The elite corrupt don't want to settle
