Curious if @Starbucks trains store to just give hazelnut and vanilla as a substitute for French vanilla. Just weird bc there was no warning or anything. #nutallergy #nowarning #anaphylaxis #hazelnut #frenchvanilla

Just curious if anyone else experienced this. An employee went & got @Starbucks, I ordered a Venti ice coffee, cream, sugar and French vanilla syrup. She handed to me & I took a big gulp & realize its not fench vanilla. It had hazelnut in it bc the store doesn't carry it. PT1

So after I washed my mouth, I rush myself to the hospital & proceed to spend the next 2.5 hours there. Luckily I got there quick enough & didnt drink enough for it set off a huge reaction. A few pills were able to calm the reaction. Luckily anaphylaxis did not kick in.

I then told her she ordered it wrong and she said no i ordered in the drive through French vanilla. We she called the store they said they always do that and let the guest know. We'll being a 5 year employee of mine she very well knows I'm highly allergic to nuts/tree nuts. PT2
