I’ve had a few coaches say I was too fast to play QB. Well, I’m gonna get faster, and I’m still gonna play QB. Speed at the QB position should be a bonus, not a negative. Either I slow down, or I switch positions, they said. Both choices hurt the team. I play to win, not to keep from losing. Leaders don’t slow down, we speed everyone around us up. That’s leadership! “Jakyl ready!”
