@rapidobikeapp Didn't enter the OTP and took the ride and midway on the highway made me cancel the ride. Had no option in the middle of the road and also took extra charge.

@rapidobikeapp Worst service! Deleted the app for good. Booked a ride from the airport to home. Charged extra (very common nowadays) as the conversation between the rider and the customer starts with how much extra you are going to pay.

करीब एक महीने के संयम रखने के बाद बहुत ही निराश होकर यह लिखना पड़ रहा है। मेरा घर 7/290 विकासनगर का कार्य रुका हुआ है, जिसके सब कागज़ पूरे करके दिए गए मगर अब वो टेबल टू टेबल @UPHDBHQ नीलगिरी, इंदिरानगर के ऑफिस में घूम रहे हैं । मैं स्वयं लखनऊ जाकर सभी अधिकारियों से मिल कर आई और मुझे आश्वस्त किया गया कि कार्य जल्द ही आरंभ होगा। गौरतलब है कि यह हैरेसमेंट पड़ोसियों द्वारा किया गया जिनके घरों के चित्र नीचे दे रही हूं। इनके खुद के घर illegal बने हुए हैं। मगर केवल हमारे ही घर के विरुद्ध किसी अज्ञात कारण वश सभी गैंगअप हो गए हैं। कभी पुलिस भेजकर, कभी धमकी देकर लगातार परेशान किया जा र��ा है। इस घर में मेरे 70 प्लस के माता पिता रहते हैं। Renovate करवाने से तो रोक ही दिया गया है, कम से कम repair करवा कर उन homeless बूढ़ों को रहने दिया जाए 🙏 @CMOfficeUP @myogioffice

@Olacabs your drivers always charge extra fare which is sometimes more than Rs. 50 of the original fare. Everytime bargaining for a ride is tiresome and frustrating. 😵
