staff levels on the tills. I still am quite confused about the exchange policy of M&S and why itโs so complicated. Which was not explained at anytime from the shop assistant. Poor service on this occasion M&S and a headache to match.
@marksandspencer awful customer service in the menswear section of your Solihull store (Sears Retail Park). I was gifted M&S clothes for my birthday, however I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. I clearly said to the shop assistant that I wanted to exchange
I now have the embarrassing situation of asking for the money to be transferred from my relative. I donโt expect this level of customer service from M&S and it soured a lovely day. Iโm not too sure that the shop assistant was focused on the transaction but rather worried about
