My current address is literally on the label. It's the address the shipper used. But for some reason, the current address is crossed off, and a new label with my old address is stuck on, and that's where it gets delivered. Zero help from @fedexhelp or @FedEx.
How is @fedex still in business? I moved two years ago, and >50% of the packages I receive are delivered to my old address, even with my current address on the label. Customer support has turned into AI chat box loops and when you finally talk to support they barely speak english
@AmazonHelp The link takes me to your customer service page. The deepest I can go to get an answer to my question is the AI Chat Bot you use. But there is no way to get my answer because I'm only allowed to choose from the replies given. It's a revolving door.
@AmazonHelp I ordered a gallon of Anchorseal. It arrived open. The return process says I need to ship it back within 30 days. Is this true for a leaking gallon jug?
Hey @FedExHelp. You're delivering my packages 8 miles away. I filled the online contact form and got this email. I replied with the info and your inbox is full. How do I get FedEx to deliver to my address when my correct address is already on the label? Never an issue with @UPS
